999L Waiver Extension

HMRC has announced a further extension to use the document waiver 999L code. See below for the updates.


As a result, traders can continue using waiver document code ‘999L’ on CDS declarations until:

  • 31st January 2024 for imports

  • 31st January 2025 for exports
