Anti-Dumping Duty (ADD) on oil imported from Lithuania and United Arab Emirates

Provisional anti-dumping duty has been introduced on certain engine oils and hydraulic fluids originating from Lithuania and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).


These measures apply to United Arab Emirates (UAE) origin and Lithuanian origin passenger car motor oils, heavy duty commercial vehicle oils and hydraulic oils, grades: 5W-30, 5W-40,0W-16, 0W-20, 0W-30, 10W-40, 10W-30, 20W-50, S40, S50, 15W-40, IS032, IS046, IS068, HV32, HV46 and HV68.


These products are not subject to the anti-dumping duty if they originate in other EU countries.


The Department for Business and Trade have established measure type 551 - Provisional anti-dumping duty measures on the following commodity codes with the listed additional code as of 17 April 2025:
