Competent authorities of exporting countries should use the relevant model health certificate.

Changes made:

Added certificates:

• GBHC901 = GBHC901 MPST-CN Poultry meat products from China subject to specific risk mitigating treatment

• GBHC902 = GBHC902 MPNT-TH Poultry meat products from Thailand not subject to specific risk mitigating treatment

• GBHC903 = GBHC903 MPST-TH Poultry meat products from Thailand subject to specific risk mitigating treatment

Amended certificates:

• GBHC352 details and version history to reflect that this certificate will not be accepted for poultry meat products from Thailand or China.
