New certificates are required for poultry meat products from China and Thailand for consignments arriving from the 2nd December 2024 and onwards.

China: The new model certificate for poultry meat products from China is published by DEFRA at GBHC901_MPST-CN_v0.5_August.pdf (publishing.service.gov.uk).

Thailand: The new model certificate for poultry meat products from Thailand which require treatment A (the current requirement) is published by DEFRA at GBHC902_MPNT-TH_v0.5_August.pdf (publishing.service.gov.uk).

If the disease status of Thailand changes in the future such that poultry meat products that are required to undergo a treatment other than A, then this certificate would be required instead: GBHC903_MPST-TH_v0.5_August.pdf (publishing.service.gov.uk).

You can find the required letter code in the latest third-country list published by DEFRA for meat products here: Meat+Products.pdf.
